- Add @inquirer/core as explicit dependency (was transitive via @inquirer/prompts)
- Surface config import errors in discoverConfigs instead of silently swallowing them
- Add ConfigModule interface; remove inline structural type cast in configDiscovery
- Throw when .env.example exists but contains no {{TOKEN}} placeholders
- Extend conflict detection to cover osTableName and osEndpoint fields
- Use path.relative() for Windows-safe project dir display in printInstructions
- Replace confirm() gate with input() (confirm requires y/n, input just needs Enter)
- Make runConfigSelection private
- Add mock-based TransferWizard unit tests (4 scenarios)

- Use pathToFileURL() for dynamic import in discoverConfigs so absolute paths
work on Windows (bare paths are rejected by ESM loader on Windows)
- Replace filePath.split("/").pop() with path.basename() for cross-platform label
- Add .min(1) to region, primaryDynamodbTableName, fileManagerBucketId in
webinyOutputSchema so empty strings fail validation instead of silently
bypassing the conflict check in resolveRawValues

… byte mismatch macOS and Linux write different OS identifier bytes in the gzip header (byte 9), causing byte-for-byte mismatches between locally generated and CI-generated snapshots.
