VitaSDK is an independent community project providing the compiler toolchain, system headers, libraries, build tools, packages, and infrastructure used to develop software for the PlayStation Vita.

VitaSDK is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Set the SDK location and add its tools to your PATH:

export VITASDK=/usr/local/vitasdk
export PATH=$VITASDK/bin:$PATH

Bootstrap VitaSDK using vdpm:

git clone https://github.com/vitasdk/vdpm
cd vdpm
./bootstrap-vitasdk.sh

Check the installation:

vdpm status

Then take a look at the samples and the VitaSDK API documentation.

Most users do not need these repositories directly, but they support VitaSDK development, packaging, builds, and distribution.
