Changes:

• Update the on-premises pages for AI service image 1.3.0: the LLM_TELEMETRY_ENABLED default, AI Diagnostics, and the hooks minimum version.
• Correct statements that the hosted API spec and the plugin at 8.10.1 contradict: permissions, toolbar button IDs, error codes, and the openai-compatible examples and Verify step.
• Link the API operations that no page linked: version 1.1 resumable reply streams, ratings, Conversation Admin, and the usage limit error.

  • New AI Diagnostics section and the telemetry default.
