Add meta descriptions to the Laravel guides - #2552

description:to the 18 Laravel pages that only setog:description, which Mintlify doesn't turn into a meta description. The descriptions are Alex's from #2549, split by section to keep reviews small.Merge after #2551 so the descriptions don't show as subtitles.
