Remove the nexus registry, DNS name and SAN - #2974

Nexus is being removed from OSISM, together with its role in ansible-collection-services. The testbed never deploys nexus, so these are leftovers: drop docker_registry_nexus from the inventory registries, the nexus A record from the testbed DNS zone and the nexus.testbed.osism.xyz SAN from the manager certificate. The comment in scripts/prepare-ceph-configuration.sh that mentions Nexus stays: it explains a Podman workaround for the Ceph registry, which this does not change.
