Make hidden behavior visible. Make the result runnable.
I build tools that let you keep native instructions, fork live execution, recover exact inputs, infer editable binary structure, design mechanical motion, and plan radio experiments. The interesting part is the mechanism. The finish line is a release someone else can actually run.
Run compiled code on your images · Fork an execution · Compare a stateful edit · Learn a file and take its editor
Capsulith · Compiled code and initialized objects become portable APIs. Run an original ARM64 image codec on small PNG/QOI files, inspect returned pixel bytes and reopen native heap state in a fresh worker. The LZ4 demo carries dictionary history across workers. CPU emulation is supplied by the credited Unicorn.js engine. Live image workbench · Object Studio · Release · Verified Linux/macOS delivery.
Forkwake · One suspended workflow, multiple futures. Preserve live JavaScript/WebAssembly state at a named decision, change the answer, and inspect the outcome. Search a declared response tree for a failure requiring the fewest changed answers. Optional source-bound caller frames explain where a decision was made. Run the example.
Rewynth · Recover what a supported ARM64 function returns and what it leaves in memory. Compare a stateful edit, expose a skipped update even when the return agrees, and export runnable C. Includes exact register-only inverses and an editable execution trace. Bounded state mode covers one buffer of up to three 64-bit words. Run the state workbench · Release 0.4.0.
Reclay · Learn binary blocks and internal addresses from related files, resize a fresh file, and export a guarded Python editor directly in your browser. Edits match independent saves. Try it · Release.
These tools have explicit supported scopes. Their repositories include runnable examples, independent controls, failure behavior, licenses and verification limits. I prefer a precise capability to a universal claim.
Eidryl · Learn a component’s behavior, then take its executable model. Experiment with a trusted typed API, infer data transformations and hidden modes, and predict new histories in JavaScript without the original runtime. The encoder example distinguishes memory that identical public snapshots miss. Manual signatures and grammar priors remain explicit. Explore the behavior lab · Model, interpreter and release.
Aetiory · Give a failed Python program an alternate future. Automatically test earlier returns, preserve the original failure, and require actual exit/stdout goals plus fresh replay before exporting the investigation. One CLI command and five local agent tools retain the outcome, source and checks. Trusted synchronous Unix Python; the browser reads recorded evidence. Fork a failed outcome · Agent tools · Release.
Solidrift · Find the shape of a geometry bug. Reduce a supported broken Blender union to a valid small witness, trace its vertices back to the original operands, and test a reversible full-model intervention. The native example shrinks 132 input triangles to 12 while retaining the omission. Explore the geometry · Take the evidence.
Certloom · Send a numerical answer with its exact error bounds and a standalone checker. The local browser lab encloses every component of a supported square system and establishes a threshold only when the bound supports it. Recipients need no original solver. Check the 64-node example · Portable proof and release.
SchemaRehearsal · Check the application behavior a SQLite migration must preserve. Replay declared scenarios on isolated before-and-after copies, including explicit full-text search support. The search example catches an update that stops reaching the index while article rows remain intact. Run the search example · Release 0.4.0.
Polyweft · Keep both artists’ Blender edits and reveal intersections introduced by combining them. Review prepared branches, merge vertex, UV and material values, and compare native surfaces across the ancestor, both branches and the result with exact witnesses and source-bound edits. Save a freshly reopened native scene. Try four-state inspection · Review the Tide merge · Native examples and release.
Kinetyl · Edit a moving explanation, then compile its label placement and framing across whole supported trajectories. Change paths and timing in the browser, keep a portable storyboard, and export wide or portrait plans for native video. Exact declared geometry; native pixels sampled separately. Open the authoring studio · Release 0.3.0.
Caustryn · Fit here, predict there. Fit a coherent receiver sweep, then predict whole withheld positions with the locations and channel responses frozen. Keep reflected explanations and inspect a deliberate counterfeit that passes both checks while wrong. Original single-point simulation; coherence remains a trusted assumption. Explore the recorded experiments · Run the full Studio.
Sweepforge · Draw timed motion, fit a one-motor linkage, and inspect what happens between animation frames. Checks modeled bar/tool clearances across a whole cycle and dimension tolerances; exports conceptual SVG/DXF patterns with source and independent replay. Includes a collision missed by 64 nominal frames. No hardware or physical-safety validation. Browser demo · Release.
SolidFrame CAD · Camwright mechanisms · Muster scheduling · SchemaRehearsal migrations · AgentLedger runs
Mechanical design, circuit analysis, graphics and sensing experiments are another part of the work. Live hardware and real-world accuracy are stated separately from simulation and recorded-data checks.
Project archive, source notes and upstream contributions
Reclay turns examples of supported binary layouts into guarded standalone editors. Both studios run the original Python engine inside your browser. A TIFF description resize rewrites two distant addresses; a WAVE title edit updates nested lengths while preserving every audio sample. Downloads match independent producers. Open the lab or take the portable experiment.
Forkwake splits a live JavaScript or WebAssembly workflow into independent futures at named decisions. It preserves suspended interpreter frames, closures, cyclic objects and Promise jobs, then searches a declared response tree for a failure with the fewest changed answers. Includes a local source editor, compiled SQLite transactions and portable deep cuts. Run the JavaScript example.
Muster repairs volunteer schedules while preserving locked commitments. It prioritizes coverage, then fewer changes, and explains staffing shortages; timed results state when optimality is unproven. Open the worksheet.
Camwright designs in-line roller cams from an editable motion cycle. Geometry checks return Pass, Fail or Unresolved, with saved inputs and inspection evidence. Run Camwright locally.
Sley adapts supported rising-shed weaving drafts to declared physical pedals and allowed pairs, preserving thread structure, colors and fixed tie-ups. It reports Feasible, Infeasible or Unknown and exports the draft and pedal instructions. Run Sley locally.
Signelet transfers text annotations only when every minimum-cost character alignment agrees on an unchanged span under its alignment model. Ambiguous originals remain available for review. Try the repeated-word example.
AgentLedger runs bounded local task graphs, verifies artifacts and records command results. Durable checkpoints resume verified command tasks after interruption; Codex review is optional. Run the offline example.
PhysicsBench explores ideal projectile motion, mass–spring oscillation and one-dimensional collisions with time scrubbing, conservation checks and portable model sessions. Units and assumptions stay visible. Open the physics lab.

Two small, dependency-free examples behind my database tooling:
- A table rebuild that loses a payment audit: identical rows and a passing integrity check, but a missing trigger changes behavior.
- A main-file copy that misses committed WAL data: compare file copying with SQLite's backup snapshot.
Corrected Django package and affected-version mapping in an existing GitHub security advisory. The published advisory credits me as Analyst. Accepted change.
