README.md: fixes the broken website link (morgan-stanley.github.ioreturned 404; the site is atmorganstanley.github.io/makerspace) and adds the repository layout, current learning tracks, source code overview, languages, CI and contributing quick start.site/README.md: fixes unclosed code fences that broke rendering, removes local absolute paths and the outdatedL1-E1/date-based ordering instructions (exercises now useexercise/level/categoryfront matter), documents Node/npm versions, scripts, CI deploy and content tips.
