I orchestrate LLM agents for a living and spend my evenings making ants, atoms and galaxies run in a browser tab.

- OrKa: Orchestrator Kit for Agentic Reasoning. YAML-declared graphs of LLM agents with memory, fact-checking and a full trace of every decision. My longest-running open source project.
- Browser simulations in Babylon.js: emergent behaviour you can poke at, no install. Ants that allocate work with nobody in charge, a powers-of-ten explorer built from real datasets, and evolving populations trained headless then dropped into 3D.
- AI-assisted engineering: spec-driven development with planner, executor and reviewer agents, and what it takes to keep a team's AI-generated code consistent.
| Project | What it is | Try it |
|---|---|---|
| orka-reasoning | Modular orchestration for reasoning agents with transparent traceability | pip install orka-reasoning |
| ant-sim | Anthill simulator based on Gordon's distributed task allocation, not pheromone trails | Live |
| datapoints | Zoom from an electron cloud to the local universe, every particle a real datapoint | Live |
| evolut | Genetic populations solving problem families, trained headless, rendered in 3D | Live |
| webxr-examples | WebXR scenes in Babylon.js wrapped in React | Source |
- Prototype first. A running demo settles more arguments than a design document.
- Deterministic where it matters, generative where it helps. Rules and graphs for the parts that must be right, LLMs for language.
- Small commits, readable history, and every repo left clearer than I found it.
