Fork-only, not a contribution to external MOABB upstream. Compare a snapshot of the exact current NeuroTechX#1329 code with a branch that adds only a GitHub Actions workflow. Both source files (
splitters.pyandtest_purged_epoch_minimal.py) and the changelog have matching Git blobs. This runs the actual native Braindecode test suite + new MOABB regression on a separate CPU runner, with longer time limit and no further commits to the production upstream PR.The upstream Braindecode job was canceled by runner shutdown twice; a successful independent job can separate infrastructure from code issues. Results must be read from actual PR checks, not assumed. Close this draft once validation is recorded.
