Verify unmodified ci.yml on 4576ece

…ects#462)

Evaluate W-019 (Issue limitlessprojects#462, proposed by @Rangercook) replacing cross-task may_share alias proofs across opt-in spawn cell boundaries with disjoint WebAssembly linear memory and fail-closed wire/module admission (HYB-E3901, HYB-E3902, HYB-E3903).

- Verify P1 snapshot isolation across real WebAssembly.Memory instances and concurrent Go -race tests.
- Verify P2 fail-closed wire & module admission and F1 negative control (bypassed host-memory import reintroduces aliasing).
- Verify P3 persistent command-reactor stepping (1,000 steps, 0 leaked scratch bytes) and F2 re-entrant callback hazard trap (HYB-E3903).
- Measure P4 & F3 workload matrix: coarse 32 KiB + compute tasks incur <0.1% wire overhead (P4 PASS), whereas tiny 64 B tasks incur 75.4% wire overhead (F3 FIRED).
- Record CONDITIONAL M1/M2 verdict (adoptable for opt-in coarse spawn cell workers; rejected as general fine-grained spawn replacement) and include @Rangercook's w019_cell_boundary_probe.py intake probe.
