package incompatibility between graphcast, xarray, pandas and numpy

Hi there,
I am trying to install and run the demo code here: https://github.com/google-deepmind/graphcast/blob/main/graphcast_demo.ipynb
and the simple import here: from graphcast import casting leads to

ValueError: numpy.dtype size changed, may indicate binary incompatibility. Expected 96 from C header, got 88 from PyObject

I have tried different versions of pandas, numpy and no luck. any ideas? thanks.
