Copy (control c / right click) issue on devpods with last few updates

Describe the bug

With the last few updates of CLI, the copy through control + C no longer works when running in devpod with vscode browser or intellij (terminal not built into the plugins). Before this was ok in Intellij at least.
To work around this, i have to do /config mouse off, then control + C, then put mouse back on.
in vscode it says to just right click the mouse to copy - but again this has the same problem.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. start a devpod in Intellij or vscode browser
2. open a terminal
3. start copilot and run something
4. highlight the output and copy with control+C
5. repeat after mouse off set.

Expected behavior

text should copy to the clipboard with mouse on.
