Closes the lab-side issue #19 evidence gap after the completed public v1.0.1 release.

• records the exact S/I/M/V/X/J graph, npm identities, OIDC provenance, lost-success convergence, and final refs;
• updates the five-minute public demo and operator docs from planned to completed;
• makes future v1.0.2 proposal bodies include the explicit line, version, source, intent, and operator-guide link required by the control-plane contract.

Verification: focused lifecycle/finalizer/docs 66/66; broad suite 222/224 on host Node 26 with only the two known pinned-runtime byte fixtures failing; those exact fixtures pass 17/17 on Node 24.18.0 + npm 11.18.0. No release/package/ref/Storybook mutation is performed by this PR.
