Add a cmdlet to refresh SQL analytics endpoint metadata for a workspace, with a configurable timeout and optional no-wait behavior.
Refresh-FabricSQLEndpointwith mandatory workspace and endpoint IDs, a 15-minute default timeout, and-NoWait.
