The queue detail page scrolls horizontally at narrow window widths. Reproduced at 500px, which is the narrowest a desktop browser window goes without device emulation: the whole page gets a horizontal scrollbar rather than the table scrolling inside its own wrapper.
2.9.3 kept the overflow inside the table wrapper, so this is a regression from the tab layout added in #2006. The subgrid panes let the card grow to the width of the table it contains, so the card, and then the page, widen past the viewport.
The Consumers and Bindings tabs are the ones with wide tables, so they are the likely triggers.
There is no viewport or overflow coverage anywhere in spec/frontend, so nothing in CI would catch this or a repeat of it. A test asserting document.scrollingElement.scrollWidth <= innerWidth on the queue page at a narrow viewport, across the tabs, would close that gap.
Found during 2.10.0-rc.1 testing.
