Detailed description

Fix operand access and AVX-512 group metadata for vaddpd with embedded rounding, including merging and zeroing masks.

Test plan

Added two regression cases covering six instructions, 32/64-bit modes, and intel/att syntax

Closing issues

Closes #2577
