GH242: Remove VSTest packages and move cakefile example to xunit v3 on Microsoft.Testing.Platform - #251

- Remove Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk from Cake.Generator.Core.Tests; TUnit already sets OutputType Exe and IsTestProject.
- Drop the unused xunit.runner.visualstudio and Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk package versions from Directory.Packages.props.
- Replace xunit, xunit.runner.visualstudio, Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk, and coverlet.collector in the cakefile Example.Tests with xunit.v3.mtp-v2 4.0.2, coverlet.MTP 10.1.0, Microsoft.Testing.Extensions.CodeCoverage 18.12.0, and Microsoft.Testing.Extensions.TrxReport 2.5.1; set OutputType Exe.
- Add the Microsoft.Testing.Platform test runner to the cakeglobaljson template.
- Run DotNetTest with PathType Solution in the cakefile template, as .NET 10+ MTP requires --solution.
- Copy the template Example.Tests into the manual integration test structure instead of dotnet new xunit, which creates a VSTest project.
- Mention xunit v3 / MTP in the Cake.Template README.
