Adds dtflow to Applications, in alphabetical order.
dtflow is a CLI app (Python, MIT, on PyPI):
dt viewopens LLM training data (SFT / DPO / agent JSONL) as a table + detail terminal browser with full-file search, filters and mouse support; the rest ofdtis a pipeable Unix-style toolkit (dt filter | dt select | dt dedupe | dt export) for the same files.
