Opt-in task that runs `typo3 asset:publish` on the node. Useful when the Composer install happens without the full TYPO3 configuration and asset publishing has to be skipped there. The default workflow stays untouched.

Since TYPO3 14.2, extension assets are published by
typo3 asset:publish(Feature #109163).
TYPO3 runs it during
composer install, but that boots TYPO3. If the buildworkspace doesn't have
settings.phpor.envyet, publishing fails andnothing ends up in
public/_assets.This PR adds an opt-in
AssetPublishTaskso you can publish on the nodeinstead. It follows
WarmupCacheTask: it uses the core CLI viatypo3CliFileNameand supportsargumentsandcontext. The defaultCMSworkflow isn't touched, so existing deployments behave the same.

LocalConfiguration.phpone.Tests pass locally on PHP 8.4, and php-cs-fixer and phpcs are clean.
PHPStan reports 16 errors on
mainwith current dependencies. None of themcome from this PR. Most are Prophecy argument types in tests plus baseline
entries that no longer match, and one is a leftover
SORT_DESCflag inRollbackTask.sort()ignores that flag, and the code already expectsascending order. Happy to clean that up in a separate PR if you like.
