The default branch currently has no active weekday build and SonarQube analysis run. Schedule the existing workflow Monday–Friday at 02:10 UTC so dependency and analysis regressions are detected even without a new commit.
Reuses the existing build, tests, and SonarQube analysis configuration.
Validation:
git diff --check; workflow validation with actionlint (custom runner labels configured; embedded shell/Python checks disabled).The schedule takes effect after this change reaches the default branch.
