Summary

  • Add a tr-TR language catalog so the GUI follows the Windows display language for Turkish, including other tr-* locales through the existing prefix match.
  • Translate Chrome, Categories, Features, and Apps with Windows 11 Turkish terms (Dosya Gezgini, Görev çubuğu, Başlat menüsü, Kayıt defteri) instead of a word-for-word translation.
  • Keep product names (Edge, Copilot, Xbox, OneDrive, Sysprep, WinGet) and every {0} placeholder unchanged. The _one and _other strings use the same noun form because Turkish does not pluralize a noun after a number.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Added Turkish (tr-TR) GUI catalogs for Chrome, Categories, Features, and Apps.
  • Added Turkish labels, descriptions, tooltips, status messages, and application metadata.
  • Corrected Turkish WhatIf and window snap wording.
  • Preserved product names and {0} placeholders.
  • Used the same noun form for _one and _other strings.
  • Existing language resolution matches Turkish regional locales through the tr-* prefix.

Review comments at @Config/Languages/tr-TR/Chrome.json:
- Line 354: Update the Turkish WhatIf localization strings
StartMenuWhatIfRestoredForUser and StartMenuWhatIfRemovedDefaultProfile to use
hypothetical wording (“geri yüklenirdi” and “kaldırılırdı”) and indicate that no
changes were made, matching the established [WhatIf] message style.

Review comments at @Config/Languages/tr-TR/Features.json:
- Line 262: Update the Label translation for disabling window snapping to use
“Pencere tutturmayı kapat” instead of “Pencere yapıştırmayı kapat”, matching the
established Turkish terminology used by related snapping and layout strings.
