Summary

Prepare SDK 0.14.0: Thread SSE resumption for Forward and Managed, plus a typed Managed Thread Last-Event-ID parameter. Update the package/runtime version and move the completed changelog entries into 0.14.0, leaving Unreleased empty.

Why

The feature changes are merged and QA-accepted. This release PR aligns the version reported by installed packages, request headers, and Session metadata with the upcoming release.

Verification

  • npm ci (no dependency upgrades)
  • npm run build
  • npm run typecheck
  • npm test: 4,450 passed; no failures or skips
  • npm run docs:check
  • npm pack; installed tarball CJS/ESM/Forward/Managed subpath smoke
  • Changelog check and 0.14.0 release-note extraction
  • Release automation: 19 tests passed
  • Consumer smoke: 4 Forward/Managed request-header and Session-metadata checks report exactly 0.14.0

The unchanged feature source passed internal package validation and 46 local Thread acceptance checks before this version-only PR.

After this PR is merged, rerun internal validation and generate versioned 0.14.0 QA artifacts from the merged main commit before release. No release workflow is triggered by this PR.

Impact

  • Version metadata and release notes updated; no runtime logic or API contract changes in this PR
  • Regenerated the public VERSION reference for 0.14.0; all documentation checks pass.
  • Coordinated with the Go, Python, and TypeScript 0.14.0 release preparation
  • Contract fixture and migration changes are not applicable to this version-only diff
  • No credentials, logs, local QA output, or unrelated files committed
