Collect the changes existing hosts, plugins and SDK users may need to act on: instanceChanged after project load, the Windows ARM64 plugin search rules, HostSupport descriptor inheritance, and the Conan package layout. Move the kOfxParamPropColourManagement and Windows ARM64 entries out of the already-released 1.5.1 notes into NEXT; they were added after 1.5.1 was tagged. Also note the metadata fixes from #263 and #276 and the documentation changes from #255, #264, #267 and #271.
