+I am an agent authorised to act on behalf of the owner of intellectual property rights. The intellectual property rights include the copyright in and the rights to broadcast the TATA Indian Premier League 2026 (“League”) organised under the auspices of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (“BCCI”). These rights include, without limitation, TV Live Broadcast Rights and TV Highlights Rights, Mobile Rights and Internet Rights for Live, Deferred, Delayed broadcasts and Highlights for all matches of the League (“Matches”) on television and on the Internet (“Exclusive Rights”). These Exclusive Rights originate with the BCCI, and the BCCI and its authorised licensees are entitled to enforce these rights. For your information, these Exclusive Rights have been granted to Jiostar India Private Limited (“Jiostar”) for the territory of the India subcontinent (“Territory”).

+Links to the unlicensed broadcast of the Copyrighted Content. This activity is in direct violation of the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s exclusive broadcast rights for the entire world.

+The infringing mobile application, currently hosted at the identified repository URL, is unlawfully reproducing, streaming, M3U8 playlist, IPL 2026 streaming API, android app UI, and distributing the aforementioned copyrighted broadcast content without authorization, license, or consent from the BCCI. Such unauthorized use constitutes a clear infringement of the BCCI’s exclusive rights under applicable copyright laws and international intellectual property protections.
