1. Acceptance

By using, copying, modifying, or contributing to the Software, you agree to
all of the terms of this license.

2. Definitions

"Software" means the source code, binaries, and documentation in this
repository, and any modified versions of them.

"Official Service" means the dosya.dev cloud storage service operated by
dosya.dev and reachable at dosya.dev and its subdomains.

"Contribution" means any work you intentionally submit for inclusion in the
Software (for example, a pull request to this repository).

3. What you may do

  a. Read and audit. You may view, download, and study the source code for
     any purpose.

  b. Build and run. You may compile, install, and run the Software,
     unmodified or with your own patches, for your personal use or your
     organization's internal use, but only in connection with the Official
     Service.

  c. Contribute. You may fork this repository on GitHub and modify the
     Software for the sole purpose of developing and submitting
     Contributions back to this repository.

4. What you may not do

  a. Redistribute. You may not distribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, or
     sublicense the Software or modified versions of it. Maintaining a
     public fork on GitHub for the purpose of submitting Contributions is
     allowed.

  b. Use other backends. You may not use, adapt, or configure the Software
     to connect to, interoperate with, or provide any service other than
     the Official Service.

  c. Compete. You may not use the Software, in whole or in part, to provide
     a hosted, managed, or commercial service, or to build a product or
     service that competes with the Official Service.

  d. Remove notices. You may not remove or obscure copyright, license, or
     attribution notices.

5. Contributions

By submitting a Contribution, you grant dosya.dev a perpetual, worldwide,
irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and
relicense your Contribution as part of the Software or otherwise. You
represent that you have the right to grant this license.

6. Trademarks

This license grants no rights to use the dosya.dev name, logo, or
trademarks.

7. Termination

If you violate this license, your rights under it terminate automatically.
If the violation is curable and you cure it within 30 days of becoming aware
of it, your rights are reinstated.

8. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL DOSYA.DEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR
OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
